Privacy Policy

• Details you provide in the check form: The site URL, name, and a contact detail (phone or email), together with your consent for us to contact you with the check results.
• Basic technical information: Browser type (User-Agent) and country of access, stored with the request for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Usage data (analytics): Only after your explicit consent in the consent banner, via Google Analytics, PostHog, and Sentry, to improve the site and detect issues.
• Account details (customer area): When you sign up for the dashboard we store a name and email address. If you chose to sign in with a Google account, we receive from Google your name, email address, and profile picture according to the permission you approve.
• Site and widget details: Data you enter in the dashboard: the site URL, a link to the accessibility statement, and the button color and position. This data is used only to display the widget and does not include personal information about your site's visitors.

To get back to you with the results of the accessibility check you requested, to provide the service, and to improve the site. For account holders we send only essential service messages (email verification and password reset); we do not send marketing without your request, and we do not sell the information to third parties.

Payment for the service is processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Credit-card details are provided directly to Lemon Squeezy and processed by them; we do not receive or store payment details. We store the subscription status and a technical identifier to run the service and issue an invoice.

Request, account, and site details are stored in a secure database (Cloudflare D1) and used by us only. We keep the information for as long as needed to handle the request, provide the service, and manage the business relationship.

You may contact us at any time to review the information we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion, and to withdraw your consent to analytics (by clearing the cookies in your browser).
