Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the subscription at any time by contacting info@il-alg.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charge will be made. Once cancellation takes effect, display of the Widget on your site may stop and you must remove the embed line.

Where the transaction is a distance sale, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days of the transaction date or receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later), subject to the conditions and exceptions in the Consumer Protection Law and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations. We may deduct a cancellation fee at the rate permitted by law and charge for service already provided.

The setup fee covers one-time adjustment work; to the extent performed, a refund for it may be partial or unavailable, subject to your statutory rights. The annual service fee is eligible for a pro-rata refund as set out in this policy and by law.

Send a cancellation request to info@il-alg.com including your business name, site URL, and contact details. We will acknowledge the request and process it without undue delay.

An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method (via the payment provider) or, as applicable, by bank transfer, within a reasonable time. Where payment was made via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), the refund will be handled under its procedures.

No refund is given for service periods already used, setup work already performed (except as required by law), cancellation due to your breach of the Terms, and non-refundable third-party fees.
