Terms of Use
Last updated: May 26, 2025·These terms apply to the use of il-alg.com and the accessibility services we provide. Creating an account, continuing with Google, purchasing the service, or using it constitutes binding acceptance of these terms, without a separate checkbox being required. We recommend reading them together with the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
We provide basic accessibility setup for websites: an accessibility statement draft, common WCAG fixes, and an accessibility widget loaded from our servers, alongside a check report. This is a baseline adjustment and not a promise of "full conformance" with the requirements of the law or with Israeli Standard IS 5568; full conformance may require an in-depth manual audit. The accessibility check is automated and points to possible issues only, and does not determine compliance or non-compliance with the requirements.
2. User account
Some services require opening an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place in your account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date details. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or used in breach of these terms.
3. Subscription and payment
The service is offered on a setup-fee plus annual-service-fee model. Credit-card payment is processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record; you may also pay by bank transfer or Bit, in which case the subscription is activated manually. The subscription renews under the purchase terms and may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. When the subscription lapses, display of the widget on your site may stop.
4. Widget charges
The widget is loaded from our servers via a single embed line. You are responsible for embedding it correctly on your site, for the final content of the accessibility statement you link to, and for checking whether your business has exemptions, additional obligations, or adjustments that cannot be identified automatically. We work to maintain reasonable service availability, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability.
5. Liability and its limitation
The service is provided As-Is. We are not liable for claims, fines, demand letters, or damages arising from non-compliance with accessibility requirements, since the adjustment is basic and does not constitute legal advice, an opinion by a licensed service-accessibility professional, a certificate of conformance, or a guarantee of compliance with the law. Subject to applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event.
6. Intellectual property
The widget, the code, and the content we create are our property. Upon full payment and during the active subscription period, you are granted a non-exclusive license to display the widget on your site.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. A material change will be published on this page, and continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the appropriate district in Israel.
